Ian Grimwade
Regional Manager
Ian Grimwade is a seasoned golf industry leader with over 16 years at Invited Clubs, where he currently serves as Regional Manager of Public Golf Courses and General Manager at Willow Creek Golf & Country Club in Mount Sinai, NY. He oversees eight public facilities from New York to Florida, focusing on operational excellence, team development, and elevated player experiences.
Ian’s career includes leadership roles at prestigious clubs like Atlanta National, Bear’s Best Atlanta, and River Creek Club. Before returning to the U.S. in 2018, he led Business Development and Golf Operations in Scotland with Edinburgh Leisure, and has experience outside of golf in Sales, Business Development and Marketing leadership positions.
Mitchell Fiorentino
Head Golf Professional
Mitchell was born and raised in Port Jeff, New York. He graduated from the University of Stony Brook with a degree in Economics. Mitchell started at Willow Creek in 2011 as an outside services employee advancing to the golf shop, and his current Head Golf Professional position. Mitchell looks forward to ensuring your outing runs smoothly. He also loves teaching golf and enjoys helping others lower their scores.
Michele Jaffie
Member Relations Coordinator
Michele started at Willow Creek in August, 2018. While she’s never played golf in her life, she fell in love with the “workplace”. Michele is currently the Member Relations Coordinator, the Private Events Coordinator, and she takes care of all communications. A lifelong dancer, Michele enjoys teaching dance and watching her daughters perform, in addition to spending time with her family!
Kyle Rogers
Golf Course Superintendent
Kyle was born and raised in upstate NewYork in Canandaigua part of the Finger Lakes region. He studied turf management in Colorado and North Carolina. For the last 12 years he has supervised golf courses in Westchester and Long Island. He enjoys living on Long Island with his wife Carolyn and his daughter Francesca (4).
